Cancellation Policy
Appointments are important and reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes plans change, and i'll always do my best to be flexible. To help me run smoothly and fairly for all clients, can I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
- Non-attendance without notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
- Arriving late may mean I need to shorten your treatment to keep on schedule. In some instances the treatment may need to be cancelled if time does not allow for the treatment to proceed and a full treatment fee will be payable. This ensures fairness for all clients.
Deposits
Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking. Any deposit paid will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day.
Refunds
Payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable. Pre-paid treatment courses are also non-refundable but may be transferred at the clinic’s discretion.
